The practice is led by Captain Ibrahim Nadim, a master mariner with 40 years maritime experience and service in the Egyptian Navy and the British Merchant Marine together with port facility management experience in the U.S.A. and throughout the Middle East.

Captain Nadim specialises in civil litigation, commercial law and criminal matters and has provided consultancy legal services to British shipping companies.

Captain MacDonald founded Stanton Marine Ltd in 1985 and is a Master Mariner with 28 years seagoing experience and a further 17 years experience of marine surveying, consultancy and problem solving for the marine industry. Captain MacDonald has given expert evidence before enquiries, arbitrations and Marine Court Cases throughout Europe and the United States.
